Mia was born and raised in London, England. During her time at The University of Leeds, Mia was the lead singer of a UK-based Funk band called Maji. After graduating with a degree in music, Mia followed her passion for the mountains and chased the endless winter as a snowsports professional. She specialized in teaching snowboarding and adaptive snow sports in New Zealand, Australia, France, Canada, and the U.S.
After working as an assistant in a Colorado real estate office, Mia was keen to join the world of real estate when she moved to Big Sky in 2011. Since 2012, Mia has worked as a full-time real estate agent. Currently, she works for The Big Sky Real Estate Co.
Besides working as a real estate broker with The Big Sky Real Estate Co., Mia serves on the board for the Big Sky Housing Trust. She has previously worked on the boards for the Arts Council of Big Sky and Women In Action, and as a member of the Big Sky Rotary Club, and as a volunteer at the Big Sky Food Bank and for Eagle Mount’s adaptive ski program.
Along with her husband Derek, her two sons and two dogs, Mia calls Big Sky home and she is committed to providing every client with the attention that they want and deserve.
